While there are several good websites on traction engines, steam cars and wagons, and other steam vehicles, there is a lack of hard information such as survivor's lists. Surviving World Steam Vehicles is intended to address this lack of information by providing information on survivors and photographs from around the entire world at a reasonable price; and unlike hardcover books, updates to the database are offered on a regular basis.
